Why I haven't posted in a while...

Some of you have been wondering why I haven't posted recently. I've been quite busy. When I was posting pictures I was also looking for a job. Now I found one and also started my own business. I've also been getting ready for school in the Fall - finishing a Bachelor's in Psychology, full-time at University of Ottawa.

I *have* been taking pictures however and I just have to find the time to go through them and post them.

Also, as soon as I am done setting up my business I will let you know where my products will be sold - and yes, it has to do with my photography. :)

I have also enjoyed keeping tabs on my favourite Ottawa photoblogs (see links on the right).

Bus Lineups

Bank Street and the view over Billings Bridge, Ottawa
There were buses as far as the eye could see, parked and waiting, before and during the Rollingstones concert. I've never seen this before!

I know, horrible quality, but these pictures were of a screen showing the concert and taken from a distance .

Rollinstones Concert - Above Lansdown Park, Ottawa
During the entire concert (or at least before dark), a plane was circling above Lansdowne Park. I'm sure it was a private plane. The people on it must have had a great view.

The Infamous Spider

Spider Sculpture called "Maman" by Louise Bourgeois
Critics have been rather venomous about this $3.2M sculpture erected in front of the National Art Gallery. Some say it poisons the view... Alright, alright, before you die of pun-itis, here's an article in case you want to learn more about this. In any event, the kids seemed to like it!
