Mating Frogs

Browns Inlet Park - Ottawa, Ontario

This small, but beautiful park is located near Dows Lake. I was walking one or two streets away when I started hearing a loud, constant noise I couldn't identify. It was the frogs' mating call. Notice how this singing creates ripples in the pond.
