The Dark Tower... in Ottawa?

I've been reading the Dark Tower saga written by Stephen King over the past year and I'm now reading the last installment (VII). When I saw this "dark tower" it reminded me of King's Tower. In reality, this is just the rounded side of a building. Strange architecture...
